Oscar J. Delgado, Esq.

Oscar J. Delgado's professional career as an attorney has spanned the past 28 years. He graduated from University of Miami School of Law in 1982. He began his own practice covering a wide range of areas of law including contracts, trust and wills, family law and immigration. After 15 years of practice, he entered the real estate industry where he developed and oversaw projects totaling 100 million dollars. Oscar has also served as legal advisor to numerous boards and corporations including currently advising the Northwest Dade Board of Realtors.

        Richard J. Delgado graduated from Florida International University College of Law in May 2010. Alongside his 
        father, he has gained great knowledge and experience. He handles cases in the areas of landlord-tenant,     
        foreclosure defense, probate, family and more.
